North Oaks embraces our residents’ desire to keep both the mind and body active and healthy. Our HealthyLife Services program provides regular activities such as parties, cultural events and interesting lectures. Through a partnership with LifeBridge Health & Fitness, our residents can enjoy the full health club experience with access to an indoor pool, fitness classes and other invigorating activities. We also offer programs such chair aerobics, line dancing, Tai Chi and exercise classes that are all available on-site.

At Wilson Hall, our on-site auditorium, we regularly attract topical speakers to discuss issues of the day, share cultural experiences or to present a travelogue of interesting places around the world.
